No! Conduit Health eliminates the need for a visit to your primary care doctor. We have a Telehealth partner with licensed nurse practitioners available to assess your needs, and write any required prescriptions.
We offer a wide range of supplies, including adult diapers, pull-ups, chux, liners, and pads. Our team ensures that all products are covered under your insurance plan and meet your specific needs. We primarily offer Prevail branded products, but can accommodate all types.
No, our services are entirely covered by your Medicaid or MLTC plan, meaning there’s no out-of-pocket cost for eligible patients.
