Our Founders
Friends turned founders, Natan Wise and Rocky Seftel created Conduit Health to make getting medical supplies simple. Officially launched in 2023, it’s the first platform to connect clinical, fulfillment, and insurance navigation in one place, bringing patients and caregivers access, ease, and relief.
